How do I book a tour of the facility?Please complete the "Contact Us" form and a representative will send you a booking link.

How long can our event use the facilities?Our venue offers 7-hour rental time slots every day except Saturdays. You may choose between the following time frames: Morning/Afternoon Slot: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM Evening Slot: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM On Saturdays, we only offer 12-hour rentals, ensuring exclusive use of the property for the day.

Can we bring in candles?Unfortunately, we don't allow any candles with an open flame, except for the unity candle. LED Candles are always welcomed.

Do you have a list of Preferred Vendors?Yes, we have a list of vendors that we have worked with and are familiar with the property, but you are not REQUIRED to use these vendors.

Do you allow outside catering?Yes, we allow outside caterers; however, there is a $250 outside catering fee. All caterers must be licensed and provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) listing Enon Ranch as an additional insured for the day of the event.

Is there alcohol allowed on the property?At Enon Ranch, we honor the cherished wishes of our owners, maintaining a sacred property where families and friends can gather for wholesome fun. While we don't serve or allow alcohol, we invite you to indulge in our expertly crafted mocktails, concocted by our talented mixologists. Come bask in the beauty of nature and enjoy responsibly curated festivities with us!

Do you require a Wedding Coordinator?No, but you are responsible for hiring our onsite coordinator to assist with vendor load in/load out and driving the Bridal Party in the golf carts

Is there a changing room for the bridal party?Yes! Our Bridal Suite and Groom’s Lounge provide a comfortable and private space for final preparations before walking down the aisle. Access to these spaces begins at the start of your 12-hour rental period.

Can we use our own security?For events with 75 or more guests, you are required to use our on-site security and parking attendants. We require one security officer per 75 guests, with the first officer at a rate of $65 per hour and each additional officer at $35 per hour. Security must be present one hour before guest arrival and remain until the end of your contracted time. This ensures a safe and seamless experience for you and your guests.

Can we take photos at the venue before the start of our event?Absolutely! With your 12-hour rental, you have full access to the property for photos throughout your event day. Additionally, we offer a complimentary 90-minute engagement photo session, which can be scheduled in advance based on availability.

Do you require a Wedding Coordinator?Yes, a Day-of Coordinator is required and is included in our wedding packages. Their role is to assist with vendor load-in and load-out, coordinate timelines, and ensure smooth event execution. Additionally, they will be responsible for transporting the bride, groom, and bridal party in the golf carts as needed throughout the event. Our on-site coordinator also serves as the main point of contact for vendors, ensuring that all logistics run seamlessly so you can focus on enjoying your special day.

Do you offer horseback riding and helicopter rides to the public?At this time, horseback riding and helicopter rides are exclusive add-on experiences available only to clients who have booked an event at Enon Ranch. This ensures that these activities are seamlessly integrated into your special occasion, providing a private, curated experience tailored to your event's needs. By limiting these offerings to booked clients, we can maintain a controlled and safe environment, ensuring that both our guests and staff have a well-organized and enjoyable experience. Additionally, this allows us to preserve the exclusivity and luxury of our venue, making these premium experiences even more special for those celebrating with us.
